iLert Grafana Integration

iLert now integrates with Grafana - the popular open source metric analytics & visualization suite. Grafana is most commonly used for visualizing time series data for infrastructure and application analytics. As always, our integration extends Grafana with advanced alerting and on-call management capabilities of iLert. The integration is setup as a Webhook notification channel in Grafana.
