Downtime costs money. That's why an effective incident management system is crucial. We're excited to announce our new partnership with Tulip to help manufacturers manage incidents better. This integration is an important advancement for complex production processes that require an in-depth operational strategy.

What is Tulip?

Tulip is a frontline operations platform built to transform manufacturing processes. It offers a no-code platform that enables users to create, share, and manage digital apps. Manufacturers can use Tulip apps to manage process across their frontline, including tracking production comprehensively, collecting real-time data from people, machines, devices, ERPs, and MES, visualizing data on dashboards, and receiving alerts to aid decision-making.

How does ilert connector for Tulip work?

With new Tulip integration, teams can seamlessly send alerts to  ilert incident management platform, providing an easy way to address key issues. It enables the notification of on-call team members through various channels — including voice, push, SMS, or messenger notifications — about critical issues, ensuring a swift response to manufacturing challenges. What else?

  • Establish on-call schedules to notify knowledgeable specialists about critical issues;
  • Use ilert incident communication features to inform stakeholders about incidents;
  • Ease post-incident learning utilizing postmortems that include all information related to the incident.

Once you've added ilert connector to your Tulip library and entered your token, you'll be able to choose between two types of notifications: basic and advanced alerts. The first ones contain a summary and some issue details. Advanced alerts include more information, such as event types and alerting keys. They also have associations and can be accepted or resolved. and

More information on the integration is available at docs.ilert.com/integrations/tulip and in Tulip's Library.
