ITRS Uptrends is a monitoring platform that checks websites, APIs, transactions, and servers from checkpoints around the world. Its alert definitions decide when a failing monitor sends an alert. With this integration, those error alerts automatically create alerts in ilert. Uptrends posts each alert to your ilert alert source over a webhook, and ilert routes it to the on-call responder through your escalation policy via push, SMS, voice call, or chat. When the monitor returns to OK, Uptrends sends an OK alert and ilert resolves the alert automatically, so what’s open in ilert reflects the real state of your system. The integration is one-directional and takes only a few minutes to set up.
