ilert + DBmarlin: create alerts in ilert from DBmarlin alert rules

DBmarlin is a database observability and performance monitoring tool that tracks database instances, hosts, and the changes that affect them; its alert rules watch statistics such as query time, executions, or host CPU and fire when a threshold is breached. With this integration, those alert rules automatically create alerts in ilert: DBmarlin posts to your ilert alert source over a webhook, and ilert routes each alert to the on-call responder through your escalation policy, via push, SMS, voice call, or chat. When an alert condition ends, DBmarlin sends a recovery event and ilert resolves the matching alert automatically, so what's open in ilert reflects the real state of your databases. The integration is one-directional and takes only a few minutes to set up.
