Mufiz Shaikh is a Senior Software Engineer at ilert, where he contributes to building and scaling AI-first incident management solutions that help teams resolve incidents faster and with less toil. Since joining ilert in June 2025, Mufiz has applied extensive experience in backend and microservices development to enhance platform reliability and performance.
Before ilert, he spent several years at LendingClub as Lead Software Engineer, designing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems, and held engineering roles at Overstock.com, Blackhawk Network, and Accenture.
Mufiz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and is passionate about clean code, cloud-native architectures, and sharing insights that help engineering teams thrive.
