Demand Generation Lead (m/w/d)

As the Demand Generation Lead at ilert, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and scaling demand generation programs that drive revenue. You will help ilert accelerate growth via feature launches, creative and integrated campaigns. You will build and manage a growing team of talented demand gen professionals and help us expand into new geographies. Approaching the role with an ownership mentality, you will take advantage of opportunities to maximize results across the funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a demand generation team to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline & revenue.
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment on demand gen campaigns and develop creative account-based programs that generate new opportunities.
  • Work with product marketing to bring go-to-market plans for new products and features to market in a way that opens and accelerates opportunities.
  • Own the demand funnel by developing and optimizing the right scoring, CTAs/conversion paths, testing & optimization frameworks, and routing practices.
  • Gain a deep understanding of ilert’s value proposition and messaging so you can translate it into effective copy for emails, nurture programs, landing pages & other demand assets.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, preferably at SaaS or technology companies, with 3+ years leading the function.
  • Deep experience planning and managing integrated marketing programs that produce high-quality opportunities & create exponential revenue.
  • An understanding of and hands-on experience with key demand creation and approaches, including digital advertising, website optimisation, content marketing, nurture programs, email, events, webinars, demand partnerships, content syndication, sponsorships, & more.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to test & optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
